Mi intento:

He buscado en algunas escuelas y de alguna manera sólo encontré "school services".

¿Alguien?

Trabajé para una universidad en el Reino Unido y el nombre puede ser traducido simplemente como Student Services. Se trata de una unidad separada de otras areas o departamentos. Creo que no hay una respuesta única pero esta es otra posible sugerencia.
