In the U.S., "delict" is not a term you would frequently hear, or even see in print for that matter. And the same goes for "voter corruption" (again, in the U.S.). As for "concurso homogéneo sucesivo", this would appear to be a "continuous crime" (see definition below).

One consisting of a continuous series of acts, which endures after the period of consummation, as, the offense of carrying concealed weapons. In the case of instantaneous crimes, the statute of limitations begins to run with the consummation, while in the case of continuous crimes it only begins with the cessation of the criminal conduct or act. ...as inferred from the definition you've posted----with its "legal obligation between two parties"----"delict" is a term from civil law, i.e., tort law. The context here would appear to be criminal, not civil.

No he visto nada que indique que haya una diferencia en concreto. Y si la hay, ¿se entenderá así en muchos países de habla hispana, o en sólo algunos, y si ése es el caso, en cuáles? En cuanto a la propuesta "in consistent sequence of a serial crime", aparece como traducción sólo en documentos provenientes de Colombia, por lo que falta evidencia de su empleo fuera de dicho país de habla hispana. As for "voter corruption," I've never heard this said before in the English-speaking in the U.S., where voter or election fraud are commonly used terms, as is the notion of offenses being committed as part of a "crime spree" (which wouldn't sound natural in this context) or as part of a "continuous crime" (which to me sounds perfectly natural here). That said, I could be wrong, but my approach here would be to find a natural-sounding option. Cheers
