Les Engagements à passer à l'action et les efforts pour renforcer nos systèmes et notre obligation de rendre des comptes, ainsi que les engagements en faveur de l'Équité raciale sont des exemples illustrant parfaitement le développement de l'organisation jusqu'au moment où elle trace la voie à suivre.

Je trouve la phrase assez maladroite en anglais et ne suis pas sûr de bien comprendre le sens de "organization rising to the moment to chart a new path forward"

Je viens de lire le texte original, et dans cette phrase particulière, je traduirais par :
[…] illustrent parfaitement la volonté de l’organisation de relever le défi, de tracer une nouvelle voie.

Pas besoin de majuscule dans engagements et équité.

Note : on parlera dans ce contexte d'égalité raciale.
Le Programme d’action de Durban traduit racial equality par égalité raciale.
D’autres exemples : la racial equality clause est normalement traduite par principe de l’égalité des races (ou d'autres variantes qui utilisent toutes "égalité"), le racial equality index, c’est l’indice de l’égalité raciale, le Senior Adviser on Racial Equality, à l'ONU, c'est le Conseiller principal (égalité raciale).
