"ÚNICO. – Se me tenga por presentado lo descrito en tiempo y forma en el cuerpo del presente libelo, así mismo deje sin efecto el apercibimiento hecho a esta titularidad.



In view of the foregoing I kindly ask Your Honor:

I'm not sure whether it is referring to the word "Titularidad" as "Ownership" or as "Entitlement"; I only found out that "libelo" means "petition" and "apercibimiento" means "warning".

Te están apercibiendo, ¿cierto? Veo que probablemente no estas acostumbrado a la jerga jurídica en México. También noto que este es un escrito penal mexicano por las palabras que utilizan y como las acomodan. Mira, no te voy contar mi experiencia como abogado litigante y los escritos, pero en este caso específico hablas de "el apercibimiento hecho a esta titularidad." Aquí solo esta hablando del título que le confiere como persona para apersonarse ante un juez, o sea a el mismo.

Y si te dijera las que se mandan luego los abogados... La situación con el derecho mexicano es que (por muchas razones, no solo una. Algunas son históricas, otras incluso de corte político) los escritos están llenos de tecnicismos y palabras enredadas que pareciera que es competencia para ver quien usa el mayor número de palabras y términos "domingueros" como les llamamos en México a los términos y palabras muy rimbombantes(como la palabra "libelo" que significa "escrito" solamente al igual que "ocurso", que es otra que te vas a topar seguido en estos escritos).

Así mismo, la petición de tenerte por presentado en tiempo y forma sería un "aknowledgement", mas que un "appereance". Appereance en términos jurídicos no tiene mayor uso legal mas que para describir situaciones de forma, no de fondo. Recuerda que estos son escritos que hacen que te tengan por presentado en tiempo y forma. Así que una forma mas correcta de presentarte por escrito sería "Lodging", "submit" o incluso "file" si quisieras usar una palabra específica para "presentarte por escrito."

Yo traduciría tu párrafo de la siguiente manera:

Considering what I have stated above I hereby request:

SOLE CLAUSE: To be aknowledged that I have presented myself in time and form via this mean and overrule the warning made to me.

My first hunch had been a Legal Aid Defenc/se Team in contradistinction, in E+W, to the Treasury Solicitor's Criminal Prosecution - rather than Defence - Dept. BTW, Treasury Senior vs. Junior says nothing about age but about rank.

There is at the moment no Public Defender's office in the UK, but has been on the cards for a while now.

agree  Matthew McDonald: Esto, entonces, ¿significaría qué en términos de la oración entera? I think it'd be redundant to say "made by me." I do agree that it has something to do with the person who is petitioning though.
