It looks like it's about some software that will be used to "digitise" a whole archive of paper documents by scanning them. If that's the case you need to specify when the terms are about the paper documents, and when it's about computer files.

Also, it's quite possible that the meaning given to terms in this software is not the "bog standard" one, so the end result might end up being quite puzzling for the intended audience.
