The intervening parties must express their will by means of a manifestation that does not require consacrated/dedicated terms. (ie, terms which are officially and formally accepted,whether "formal" in nature, or otherwise).

disagree  Barbara Cochran, MFA: It would be the document in question, not a "manifestation". And I think that "sacrosanct" would be much more appropriate than "dedicated" or "consecrated".
