SPAIN. From a description of how eggs are processed at the hatchery. I'm not sure what they mean here. Online searches are suggesting "sprouted eggs" which usually turns out to mean some kind of recipe with sprouts (like beansprouts rather than Brussels) and eggs.

"Solemos hacer una clasificación aquí más selectiva y quitamos los huevos que no estén en buenas condiciones. Los huevos infértiles dependen de la madre, pero supondría un 15-17%. Contamos con un 2% de huevos brotados. "
