Spanish term or phrase: no se han acusado
Could anyone help with the word 'acusar' in the following context:

'no se han acusado las cartas de seguridad desde DrugDev, por favor hacerlo cuanto antes.'

My attempt

'the safety letters have not been registered with DrugDev, please do so as soon as possible.'

For context this is a report from a site monitoring visit (SMV) with regards to a clinical trial.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Explanation:
Not sure what is going on, but "acknowledgement" seems to be involved.

DrugDev’s dashboard allows you to easily identify which sites have acknowledged the letter. Sites receive automatic notification each time a new safety letter is received and periodically remind them to understand and acknowledge each letter. Sponsors receive out-of-the-box reports that give immediate visibility.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Many thanks all! So it would be 'the safety letters have not been acknowledged for DrugDev...' ? In this case 'for' would be the preference rather than 'from' ?

Explanation:
In Spanish we use "acuso de recibido" which means I am accepting that I have been notified. If the document says "no se han acusado" it means the documents have not been received. Hope this helps
