as redlines to (Skeleton Arguments in arb.) comme modifications interlinéaires en rouge au premier rang en ordre des couleurs Explanation: pour modifications aux conclusions en justice, en voie d'arbitrage et/ou récapitulatives. PHB : post-hearing biref if this is an arbitration / arbitral case - post a separate question at leisure - pronounced lee-zure in AmE. Otherwise, congrats to anyone else who picked up on that point! As 'we all / all of us know' from pleadings, if you please / statements of case in E&W / England & Wales, there is a hierarchy of colours for amendements starting with red: '2.4 The order of colours to be used for successive amendments is: (1) red, (2) green, (3) violet and (4) yellow.' 'Modifications' are only half the story in the ProZ weblink already alluded to and conclusions récapitulatives as skeletons would IMO have fitted as an anser to the second weblinked ProZ question,. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2023-12-12 19:20:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- PHB : *post-hearing brief*. Reference: voir Reference information: https://jackwshepherd.medium.com/the-top-10-ways-lawyers-use... I spend a good portion of my time acting as a “translator” between lawyers and everybody else. One of the most difficult things to explain is the “redline”. Not least because it is known by several other names: a comparison, blackline, ChangePro, DeltaView, compare, diff, tracks etc. The easy bit is to explain what a redline does: it shows the changes between one document and another document. It generally does so by striking out in red the things that have been deleted, and underlining in blue the things that have been added. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 ore (2023-12-12 22:30:25 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Suivi des modifications dans un document openoffice.org https://wiki.openoffice.org › wiki · Translate this page 15 Jul 2018 — Utiliser le suivi des modifications de Writer (souvent appelé lignes rouges ou marques de révision) pour afficher où vous avez ajouté ou ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 ore (2023-12-12 22:37:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.docjuris.com/post/redlining-contracts Redline Meaning: Definitions, History, and Tips to Avoid Big Mistakes Redlining contracts as we know it today in the legal profession refers to the act of performing edits to a document and/or comparing mark ups. Redlining also can refer to a form of document comparison (usually contracts) that is generally done by computers. Is there a better way? |
