It is a text talking about bleeding of the vine. And it has just been mentioning the beginning of the bleeding. Any specific term for this but grow?

Context is:

"Después de ese lloro ya vamos a comenzar a ver que las yemas empiezan a hincar. Aquí podemos ver una yema de invierno, una yema en estado A, mientras que aquí vemos una yema ya muy diferente.
