  -> I really don't understand your comment. That's what "ipso facto" means.
agree  AllegroTrans: or "shall enter into immediate effect"; "ipso facto" means, effectively, "by the signing hereof" so I see no problem with "immediately" but maybe "thereupon" would be slightly better
