I think that's what this means here: the character is smiling and her excitement is plain to see.

I think I would word it differently though, perhaps:
...apart from Clara, who is both smiling and evidently excited.

I think "emoción dibujada" does not really stand as a term on its own…

But "portraying" or "portrayed" is pretty close to the meaning in the source text, without being over-literal (if such a thing is possible!)

You could also use something like "her expression betraying a look of …", especially if it's possible that Clara might not at this point want to reveal her pleasure and excitement
